Carss Park Football Club welcomes all new & returning Players, Coaches, Managers & Parents to our
Junior Disco for Ages 5 to 12 years.
DATE: 12th of April 2013
TIME: 6pm to 9pm
WHERE: Blakehurst Primary School ( Dewrang St Carss Park )
COST: $10 per child (which includes entry, food & drink )
OTHER: Siblings or friends are invited within the age group
Please register your attendance by April 6th by completing the form on this link to allow us to arrange suitable catering based on attendance. Money can be paid to managers on round 1 or at the door on the night.
Coffee & Cake Combo for $2.00 for the parents. Donations of cakes would be much appreciated contact Dina on 0413 967 451 if you could help.
The children will be fully supervised and will not leave the hall until parent or guardian has arrived.
