Training Gear Collection and Training Field Allocations
Welcome to the 2023 season for CPFC, please be advised that all team list have now been emailed out to your relevant Coaches and Managers who will be in contact shortly if they have not already, in the event a Coach or Manager was not advised we have sent the team lists to the whole team so that you are able to arrange a time to meet and commence training.
Training Gear Collection: – Training Bags (balls, bibs & cones) will be available for collection on Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd of March from 5:30pm – 6:30pm, please arrange for either a Coach or Manager only to collect these on one of these two days. Once collected teams are invited to start training as soon as possible.

Please note that Thursdays are a highly compacted nights and not all teams will be able to train at their desired times, it is recommended that teams look at other nights of the weeks or to start training at an early start time so that there is adequate space to train.
2023 Carss Park FC Academy Program
Expressions of Interest are now open for Carss Park Registered players from our U6’s – U13’s, who are interested in participating in our Carss Park FC 2023 Academy Program. This program is open to all players and ability levels, this is a training only program and is designed to work in addition to their regular team training.
The program will run on Monday evenings and will run each week throughout the course of the 2023 Winter Season. Sessions will be broken up into two age groups U6’s – U9’s and U10’s – U13’s (dependant of numbers).
Total cost of the program is $200 for the season and is additional to the regular registration fee and includes:
– Training Program Uniform
– Sessions commencing early April 2023 and concluding August 2023
– Coaching and session costs working out to be less than $10 a session
– Structured and focussed training and development of the 4 core skills of football, with the aim to adequately prepare players for their weekly matches and progress within their individual footballing abilities

Successful program applicants will be notified as soon as possible.

Player Registrations – 2023 Now Open!
With the 2023 season of football fast approaching, the Executive Committee would like to invite you to register and join us in another exciting season of football!
Registrations MUST BE completed online for both players, coaches and managers online via www.playfootball.com.au.
Once logged in you will be able to select the relevant package you wish to register for and also complete payments online. You are still welcome to come down to Carss Park on the below dates and we can offer assistance for players to self-register, make payments and show any documentation.
ALL JUNIOR PLAYERS & NEW PLAYERS – PLEASE ENSURE A PHOTO (E.G PASSPORT) IS UPLOADED WHEN REGISTERING VIA ONLINE, returning players can use last years photo or upload a new one.

Registration Fees 2023
Fees for 2023 are as follows. Please note rises in FFA, FNSW and FSG fees directly to Carss Park FC per player and per match have increased registration fees.
Your fees will cover: All governing body administration fees, insurance fees, all referee fees and a new playing kit for all players (Shirt, Shorts & Socks).

ACTIVE KIDS REBATE
All players eligible for the Active Kids Rebate (i.e. Every child 4.5 – 18 years’ old enrolled in school from Kindergarten to Year 12 will be eligible for an Active Kids Voucher) through Services NSW. This voucher will provide eligible children to a one off $100 rebate on their registration fees. To be eligible for this voucher please ensure you have registered through Service NSW.
Please note that if this rebate is not applied at time of registration we will not be able to apply retrospectively and full fees will be applied.

** Payment methods available are EFTPOS, Cash or Cheque (made payable to Carss Park Football Club).
*Your Registration Fees are a one off fee which includes:
Match Fees, Referee fees, Association Fees & Insurance, a training ball(junior teams), ground leasing fees and associated council costs. All players will also receive a new playing strip in 2023 which includes Jersey, Shorts and Socks.
All NEW players regardless of age will be required to provide an original Birth Certificate or current Passport, together with a photocopy of same which will be submitted to Football St. George.
Identification Documentation
– All NEW Juniors players must supply original birth certificate or passport
– All NEW Over 35s players must provide a copy of a photo ID.
– All NEW Coaches and Managers must supply copy of Photo ID (Driver Licence or passport) and must provide a WWC Number.

IN REGARDS TO OUR GRADING PROCESS, NO PLAYER WILL BE ENTITLED TO ATTEND A TEAM ALLOCATION SESSION UNLESS FULL REGISTRATION HAS BEEN PAID AS PER OUR POLICY.
NO PLAYER’S ID CARD WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES HAVE BEEN MADE.
All applications for a refund are to be made in writing to the club Secretary NO LATER THAN 28th February 2023.
Applications for refunds will be assessed by the executive committee on a case by case basis. Any applications for a refund received by the club Secretary after 1st March 2023 may be declined.
