To the Members of Carss Park Football Club,
The Executive Committee wish to regrettably inform of the resignation of club president Goran Rudar.
Goran has been an integral part of the club’s operation over the last decade, having held the position of treasurer for in excess of 5 years, as well as leading the club as President for the 2016 season.
Unfortunately, Goran has had to resign due to personal circumstances. The committee would like to extend our sincerest thanks and gratitude for all that Goran has selflessly contributed in his time as an administrator at the club and wish him all the very best. We hope to see him again around the club soon. Further, we ask that all members please respect his privacy at this time and direct any questions and ongoing enquiries to the appropriate club contacts.
On the back of this unfortunate news, the Executive Committee members have met on a number of occassions to discuss a suitable replacement for the 2017 season. With saying this, we are excited to announce that Carlo Tini will preside over the club for the 2017 season. Carlo brings a wealth of experience having served on the CPFC committee for close to a decade, as well as having administrative experience at a State League level with NPL club St George Saints FC.
When asked about his vision for the club and its members, Carlo says:
“Its all about the kids learning and developing, coach education, laying strong footballing foundations, working closely with our AAA squad and senior teams and bringing the club closer together as a strong footballing community than ever before.”
We look forward to working with Carlo for the 2017 season and should any members have any enquiries, we ask that they be forward through the appropriate channels.
Regards,
CPFC Committee.
